Return and Refund Policy

At A Little Thought, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Because our products are made to order and personalised just for you through our fulfilment partners, we have a specific policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Because each item is custom-printed and fulfilled specifically for your order, we do not accept physical returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or customer error.

We encourage you to review your order details and any applicable size guides carefully before finalising your purchase.

2. Quality Guarantee & Damaged Goods

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a printing error, we will make it right.

To report an issue:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging.

  • Once verified, we will arrange for a complimentary replacement to be sent to you as quickly as possible. If a replacement is not feasible, a refund may be issued at our discretion.

3. Lost in Transit

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with our fulfilment partner and, if the package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement at no extra cost to you.

4. Incorrect Address or Unclaimed Packages

  • Wrong Address: If an incorrect or insufficient address is provided at checkout, the package may be returned to our fulfilment partner and disposed of. In these cases, we cannot offer a refund. A new order will need to be placed at the customer’s expense.

  • Unclaimed: If a package is not collected from a local post office or pick-up point and is returned to the sender, it will be disposed of by the fulfilment center. We are unable to reship these items for free; a new order will be required.

5. Cancellations and Order Changes

We strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Because our fulfillment process is automated, there is a very limited window to cancel or change an order.

  • Production Timeline: Once an order is placed, it is sent to our production partner. Cancellations or modifications (such as address changes or file updates) are only possible if the order has not yet been sent to print.

  • The "In Production" Status: Please note that once an order reaches the "In Production" stage, the physical item can no longer be cancelled. At this point, only the shipping cost may be eligible for a refund.

  • No Guarantee: Because the time between an order being placed and being printed can vary from several hours to just a few minutes, we cannot guarantee that any cancellation request will be successful. * How to Request: If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our absolute best to intercept the order, but if it has already passed into the printing stage, the order will be processed and shipped as originally placed.
